Hey Trixie Team! Thank you for replying. I am curious if there is a function to let the toilet wait a couple of minutes or maybe 10, so the litter can dry and harden out? Or if you could integrate that function with an update?

@@NitedevilDarkwatch Hey there, unfortunately there was a delay with the delivery so I just got it yesterday, but for now I can only say it works flawless, and the result is perfect. I can imagine that there will be pieces too little for the fence in the future, but there isn't yet. And if so, I think I can take them out with a fine shovel very quickly. Only downside is that getting the litter in there is not so easy with just a normal package, but I guess a normal shovel (without holes) will do the trick. It's also shown like that in the manual. I guess a funnel that is like a slide would be a good solution.

@@mehmetkizilyokus thank you for replying. Ended up buying it anyway because I've seen the American version of it and it seemed to be good. And I can say that it is. And yes I agree with you with regards the down side. But I found a fix for that. Bought a 1L jug and I'm filling it with the jug. Super easy and quick. :)

Doesn't the box turn too fast after the cats used it? Like does the urine get enough time to become a clump?

Dear Jotaro, usually you can just pull the front up and it will automatically stay at its angle. If you feel like your car grid isn't functioning properly, we advise you to contact your reseller, or you can send some pictures to our customer service sales@trixieuk.uk .

Hi Maroun, the TX9 Smart dispenser will continue to dispense food according to your chosen settings. However, by using the integraded camera function, you can check whether your cat has left any food at any time. @@TRIXIE_UK After 3 days and with a team of kittens I've managed to solve this issue by lying to the app and telling it that my food dispenser was a lamp. Yes. A LAMP. And that made it connect, but only after the 16th attempt, and only on iPhone and not Android. As a programmer myself, this app reminds me of tech I see come out of cheap chinese companies with no QA. But I am glad you're sorry about it.

Hi Lorraine, I'm sorry for the late reply. We did not receive the Youtbe notification as we are used to. You can start training your puppy at an such early age, but it might take a little longer as their attention span is different from a elder puppy. Nevertheless, if your puppy is used to be trained simple comands, you can start with the TRIXIE puppy trainer as well.

Your idea to do it first at the sliding door at the top is good; it may be,... that when you attach the bells to the cellar door afterwards, the dog needs a moment for the transfer; depending on the dog you might have to take another step back when the time comes, i.e. actively show the dog where the bell is now hanging and clicker again on the bell at the cellar door. It should, however, not be a big issue later on, especially for a dog trained on a clicker, who is used to acting according to the noise, to transfer what you have tought from the sliding door on the upper floor to the cellar door; but you might have to support your puppy for a short time until it becomes routine
