Also, your consciousness does have to do with the matter of your brain and body. If you are unconscious it is gone. Maybe gone to somewhere else, and people who experienced NDEs (Near Death Experience) tell their stories which sound similar. So if they are thruthfull, and not copycats, or paid to tell these stories, then from their similarities something about a deeper reality may be inferred. And from the differences between the stories as well. But whatever the nature of this deeper reality, I think it is just more physics. From the NDEs, _if_ you take them serious upto a point, one thing that is universal is the absense of time and very different nature of space. If you reason logically about this, you must come to the conclusion that in the environment our consciousness (or soul whatever that is) can do something that in mathematical physics is called a "supertask". The ability to do an infinite amount of tasks, or to perceive an infinitude, or at least every finite object in an infinitude immediately. So in this physical world, if for instance you regard the discrete number line, and consider each whole number and calculate for each number if it is prime or not, we have to factorize each number. If it has no factors it is prime. This involves checking each number to see if it is divisable by each prime we found so far: the sieve of Erathotenes. In this other reality or better said _wider_ reality (because the physical universe must logically be embedded in the "spiritual" world if that exists at all) we can perceive each number directly as divisable and we can perceive this for every finite number simultaneously. So in the physical world must prove that there are in fact infinite amount of prime numbers, they never stop. But in the spiritual world we can perceive the infinitude of prime numbers all at once. The ability to do that is a property of that environment. On the same theme, almost universal in NDEs and also in all religions is "seeing your life flash by al at once" or "judgement of all your actions". This is because you perceive the effects of all your actions to everyone and everything you encountered in your life. Because everything is connected to everything, science has shown, and religion expresses the same idea in different words. In the physical world, the speed of light is the largest speed and cause and effect are never faster than that. Particles and fields interacting form a transaction network that is embedded in the "wider" (spiritual) world, and this network encodes all that has ever been, everything that has ever happened. And like the number line, you can perceive this network all at once. Souls encountering each other via the physical form this network, and the whole universe and every particle in it has free will and consciousness. All these encounters form a network that only grows and is never destroyed, never deleted. It is the base layer of reality. So when you die, and are freed from the embedding in the physical, you perceive all of it, because "supertasks" is now a natural ability, And you perceive the pain of all you have hurt _from their perspective_, and even the generations after those as long as it effects them. But also anything you did that benefitted people, the world. It is immediate and eternal at the same time. This I think is the meaning of "Hell". The chain reaction of suffering you caused can go on for ever. But forever is only an instant in the spiritual world, because of the timelessness environment.

Of course matter exists. Just like the code that makes up this website exists. Saying that matter does not really exist because it is just fields is analogous to saying a website does not really exist because it is just code. Things are not absolute is what you CAN say. Matter is real enough in relation to my body but its reality is based upon another deeper reality. The video in this website is real enough in relation to my senses, but it is based upon a deeper reality, namely the various codes that make up the video, the website, the browser and the webserver. And those codes are based upon the machine language that the processor in my computer is running and the machine language in the servers that serve me this webpage and the video running in it. And those machine languages are based upon billion of transistors, which are based upon the properties of silicon, which are based upon the properties of atoms, which are again based upon quantum fields. Each is real in relation to the underlying reality.

Hello, I know I'm very late to this party; but I stumbled upon Gabes videos .......I've been reading/researching/studying The Law of One for past 2-3 years. This part of the LoO always perplexed me. For instance, (i'll use myself as an example since I do Fetish work/modeling and put my images and profile via my website and ads out through the internet) if a man or several men constantly/daily/sometimes obsessively think about me in ways I would never consent to like; vivid sexual imaging of me with them, or say they think of raping me or doing whatever freaky deviant sexual acts upon me. Are you and Ra saying this will happen eventually? If even against my will? And does the fact that it's not just one or two guys but up in the hundreds fantasize and think of me this way even though I abhor the thought let alone action that some if not all will happen in one way or another?

This is exactly where my focus has been aimed lately. Been reading a lot of Advaita philosophy, Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta Maharaj. I feel like I have a sound understanding of the Self, formless, unchanging awareness. Even though it has changed my view and helped me to be alright with whatever is, I still have work to do. To be effortless there should be no resistance and to be of that, inner child should be healed. You may bypass resistance with rituals or tantra but resistance is still there. Your own dark side shadow the inner child … it resists you there in being effortless. Effort = resistance. Ignoring own dreams desires and self independence sovereignty etc too a bypass because this reality also has to be met like any other realm. Man doesnt alone live in three d grid matrix. The most effortless state would be age 2-8 . There are unhealed traumas and desires there and they have to be met resolved or healed. Until inner child is such a mole donkey that doesnt even move a bit . Very stubborn it is. Archetypal claws and etc have to removed and we become equal to the state we born or earlier selves in restore mode or even upto a whole reset. Any other methods are of bypassing resistance nihilism transient and temporary this regard imo. Self individuation meets oneness or enlightenment there. There is born wu wei mushin na kokoro.

I have come to realize that I was probably a rather terrible person in one of my past lifes. However, I recognized this when I was already well on the path to unconditional love. The result is that I wholeheartedly acknowledge who I was and know exactly what kind of future I want. It is not necessarily required to be a wanderer when one feels responsible. There are also very old souls that, as long as they have embarked on the selfless path, radiate warmth from the heart.

Basically he guides me through a meditation of listening to myself and following what my thoughts, energies, feelings are asking of me and seeing where it goes. A bit different than the watching your thoughts feelings emotions pass by as clouds floating by. What are your meditation protocols?
