This color combination is absolutely stunning. I prefer the 1974-1976 cars with the more horizontal inset grill in the front end. I also love the dashboard which is exclusive in those years before they starting sharing the dash with the Mercury Grand Marquises in 1977. Any Lincoln collector would love to add this car to their collection.

Brings back memories of the car I learned to drive in - a '74 Pinto Pony. Less fancy as this with a 4 speed, rubber flooring and basic interior. Learned how to drive safely with that thing.

That's a "garage-kept" Le Baron right there. My uncle had a white one, but his had a turbo. Baby Moon rims. Everyone said it looked like a "HotWheel,"..lol. Quick little K cars. Absolutely no fun to work on, though! 👍

you don't even hear the passing traffic, what you do hear is the click of the turn signal being engaged. I think it was the next year, 1977, Ford went on a decontenting effort. Glass got thinner, cars got less isolated. This car still has the steel framed dashboard. They would later go with the Ford/Mercury plastic framed dash and it tended to squeak.

on a scale of 1 being loud and 10 being quiet, these 2 door full sized Lincolns are a bank vault 10. Quiet, rubber isolated, soft.

My dad had a 77 Chrysler he did not like the lean burn 400 which we ended up putting in a 440 from a road runner took it to a friend who built the motor his name is Tom bombmer exlent builder trans was redone rear end also 488 gear trans shift kit and 3500 stall and it ran tens in the quarter mile I miss his car he had no idea what me and my cousin done to it until he got it back was he impressed soon as he hit excellrater he was gone leaving rubber behind him 😂😅😮😊😅😮

Had the same car Berlinetta , 5 speed manual with 75,000 miles , took 3 months to sell for $3800 These cars a junk plastic that only have the nostalgia and nothing else. My car was mint like brand new interior. Professional car sales with over 2000 vehicles in the grave.

Talk about a time capsule. And it's a 5.7 litre. Amazing! My friends and I used to get into a lot of arguments about whether the Mustang GT or the IROC - Z was the king of the hill. Good times. Thanks for sharing.
