Congratulations! Did Alveo/AyalaLand provided you (as the homeowner) a list of "deliverables?" There are many things to go thru and remember that I think it would've been better if the developer hands over a checklist to homeowners in case something was missed or a question arises later on. One other thing I noticed, the individual who's to turn over the unit to you seems to be in a hurry. He should talk slowly to give you time to digest what's being presented. I think we're all in the same boat as fas as delays in turnover (due to the pandemic); how many months was the delay? Did Alveo/AyalaLand gave you some kind of "incentive" for the delay? At least now, the wait is finally over. You have the key to your unit. A new chapter in your life is about to begin. Congratulations again.

ay alveo land notoriously delay all the time staff incompetence they are not into turning over to you. special documents way way back ward kind of work. no sense of urgency. my advise dont by from alveo a corp. that doesnt hold its employee accountable. an absentee corp. boss associaton.

5 years delayed? Hindi sila tumupad sa contract. If I were you I will review the contract and see if there was a breach in contract, if there was, then consult a lawyer. Kailangan ang mga greedy developer na yan maturuan din ng liksyon. Also, yung window glass ka dudumi. Hindi man lang nilinis bago i-turn over. Hindi ako impressed sa quality ng build lalo na kung presyo ng mga condo dyan ay ka mamahal. Mga over priced.

Wow! Happy New year!

During NYE celebrations here in the Philippines, you will observe that there are no dogs in the street. Even in homes, dogs are scared to death when the firecrackers starts to explode. They hide in areas where the feel safe inside rooms . But you can observe the dogs tails are wrapped under their ashes while shivering in fear. They keep on shaking for as long as there are still explosions and they keep silent all the time . This traumatizes most of the dogs who experiences this kind of event.
