I attended the original session, but it was such a good discussion that I had to hear it again. I love the advice about being intentional in setting boundaries and also about carving out ways to find joy. Patti, I loved the poem about grieving at the beginning and the story about the arm tattoo in your mom's handwriting. Jacquelyn, I loved how you find so much delight in wearing your mom's vintage dresses and how you both are taking on new hobbies and interests. Thanks so much for this session!

I don't really know if this will reach Seth rogen, or anyone. But through the Alzheimer's association group they turned me on to you. I left a comment on your Instagram, hoping to figure out how to get in contact with you all. And I got banned because they said I was trying to get followers that happened 30 minutes ago. I'm hoping the same thing doesn't happen here. The quickest story I can share is my mother who spent years serving people with her home-baked goods and foods and breads, is now diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia. My mother and father are both in their late 70s, me and my family live with them to try to help take care of them. But it is continually getting harder, resources and funds are running out the group that turned me on to your organization you created. Said there is some way to try to get a grant for assistance. I have looked at every possible way and I just don't understand how to get in contact with you all.... Hopefully this works. I have nothing else to lose. My name is Micah my # is 832-506-8806. Sometimes all you can do is hope for a miracle. I appreciate what you do, even if I never hear from you.ty

The main reason for this is that your video tags are not correct, the video description is not provided according to the meta. No sharing on social media. Vidiq And Tubebuddy SEO score is very low. I also want to personally thank Trevor Noah who, with his specials on Netflix, during these past Christmas holidays, helped me, through his personal story and his comedy, to react, making me laugh out loud alone, in a moment of particular despair. of my life. Thank you with all my heart

It was a very interesting and touching exchange. she reminded me of many moments of my mother's illness in which we truly laughed out loud also at what she herself said while under morphine and which she occasionally became aware of. and we children continued to laugh with her while she left and after she left. This allowed us to lighten up and vent the enormous pain we were feeling

I think often people get caught up in what the think Self-Care is or should look like. There are things we can do (speaking as a former co-caregiver for my stepmom who had Vascular Dementia and Alz) upgrade things we already do, engaging in things even for 1 minute throughout our day. (listening to music while we prep food, a lovely scented body wash or spray for in the shower or one of those head scrubbies, taking a deep breath while you are in the bathroom, warm washcloth on the face etc)

I'm not a comedian, I'm a registered nurse and midwife. I worked for 38 years as a district nurse. During these years, I accompanied many patients and also their families until the end, until the death of the patient. It was difficult, sad and full of challenges. However, without humor and laughter, I could not endure it. Laughter helped family members, the patient, and myself. Thank you for this conversation! It is really helpful to know that you too have had difficult times caring for your loved ones.

Of all your available videos, I watched this one first because it's what I needed most. Jennifer, good questions for Pamela. Pamela, very helpful comments about list making and how to proceed with getting help. A couple of technical comments: It would have been nice to first introduce yourselves-your names and your roles. Jennifer, too many hand movements for a video like this. And the background cutout around your hair was odd looking.
