Anyone planning to buy theseBeware! There are two versions of these shelfs. Some are made of iron, some are ms and others are aluminium alloy. U should prefer one with matt finish. They are real powder coated ones. Also the ones that come with thin shiny gold stickers are usually low quality. U should find the ones as shown in this video.

Thanks for making this, so I’ve been drinking margaritas for years and have never been able to replicate the rim salt at home as found in many. restaurants in Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX and even Atlanta, GA. I had always assumed the salt was something fancy like sold at a package store, but after trying many brands of those they are never quite the same as the restaurants. Well today, Jan 23, 2025 at my favorite place that makes incredible margaritas with maysons mix, if you know what that is, there before my eyes I saw them dispense right from a box of Mortons Coarse Kosher salt, into the black plastic rimming dish for my margarita schooner glass. I was floored. I just couldn’t believe that may be how simple it is, and yet this secret has eluded me for decades. I bought a box for $3 at Kroger on the way home and sure enough that’s it. Just entirely flabbergasted I’ve never noticed or seen this Morton product before.
