Reason it probably won’t have a drastic difference running windows 11 in those machines is that you’ve already got 8 gigs of ram. If you notice, windows 11 is using 2.7 gigs of ram on idle. If you were using the wyse 3040 (that comes with only 2 gigs of ram) instead of this model, the lower idle ram consumption of a lot of Linux distros will shine through with lower hardware configs (especially if it’s a cli).

The 0db they speak of with the arctic max is that you can turn the fans off when you send a low pwm fan signal (not like some that just go full speed)

With that many chunk loading threads you don't have to worry about pregenerating chunks ;P Also, pterodactyl has built in backup system, no need to use plugins for backing up. I personally just have a schedule on ptero that backs up my servers, then I have backups rsynced to a remote backup dedi.

I understand the P510 does bifurcation for using cheap SSD carrier cards. You can get a 40G PCIE gen 3 NIC to go with it. I almost bought one, but found a next gen Dell T5820 which had twice the grunt (though higher TDP) which I'm hoping will be good for spinning up random VMs and just generally lasting longer, until PCIE gen 4 server/workstation systems become cheap.
