Thanks for this. I can understand why they cut the scene at 12:00, the love for the girl and its consequences is the purpose of the film. it should have been to obvious at this point of the film. Scene of the call at 21:30 is so cool.

00:48 bringing kevin closer to light, he can even hear now. it explains more, how kevin's personalities keep him hidden away, slowly helping him to become strong enough, to get to the light, kinda like, take the spotlight and no longer hide being tormented by the memories of times he was severely abused by his mother. at end of movie, kevin asks casey if shes really his friend, when she nods yes, he says then he's gonna be in the light and hold on to the light till the very end (as he's dying from gunshot wound). the horde believing in the beast, the beast avenging the believers, casey helping kevin become strong by even gaining the beast's trust, kevin finally becoming strong enough to hold the light. he says how maybe it's not such a bad thing to be in the light, showing he's embraced it finally. i hate such cut scenes from movies, they exist for a reason why cut em out. at least we got good internet everywhere these days, could circulate such info. back when i was young, it was that giant white box of a computer, loading internet like a turtle walking out of quick sand -__-

This movie robbed us from Buzz’s father the same why the aliens did in this original version. I was hoping they would explain Zurg’s origins but instead of his actual father was got an alternate timeline version of Buzz that doesn’t seem align with Toy Story. When Buzz and Zurg were talking to each other in Toy Story 2 they were in complete character and everything they say it legit where they are not aware they are toys. They think we wouldn’t be shocked by the twist, but it’s not about the reveal of Buzz’s father, it’s about how he became this way is what we want to know. At some point during production, there was a good movie but was ruined by studio interference.

Can we all believe that the guy from 4 town is sitting next to Mei the panda girl I know but it’s just so cute of Mei sitting next to him on the plane😊

The movie definitely would’ve been better received if they marketed it as a movie adaption of something Andy likes as kid while he is in his adult life rather than retconning what Toy Story has shown

Though I really enjoyed the movie, I wish they included some of these scenes. Especially Buzz's father.

Interesting theme of time. I love Izzy’s line: “Just like a Time Pilot. Always running to the future to be a hero. Rangers are ready to be heroes today.” This gives greater meaning to Buzz’s decision to become a space ranger in the end and shows the influence his relationship with Izzy has on his character. What were they thinking cutting all this?
