Chinese street food might seem unfamiliar, but it's full of authentic flavors and made with fresh, local ingredients. It's a big part of the culture here and is enjoyed by millions every day! If you're ever in China, I definitely recommend giving it a try-start with something simple like Baozi or Jianbing, and you'll see why it's so beloved. 😊

In China, you risk serious health problems when you buy food or eat out. There have been a number of examples on how suppliers substituted original ingredients with cheaper, even poisonous replacements, even in child food and heart medication. Eating in China can cause serious illness and death. Eating in Japan is the exact opposite.
