It was not an accident. Ava grabbed Kristina's arm. Kristina was trying to get away and pulled from Ava. She flipped over Jagger's bag and fell out into the pool. Avas' actions caused the events that continued for her to lose the baby. She should have never grabbed Kristina's arm no matter how upset she was.😮
