I worked in this hotel for four years. It was a wonderful experience. Having worked with several other hotels in Dubai such as Burj Al Arab, Atlantis the Palm, I enjoyed working in this hotel. Yes, Youness is a great guy. Regarding the problem with water and ice, the hotel has provided a room on each floor called TAKE ONE in your right as you exit the elevator. You'll find an ironing machine, ironing board, ice, shoe shining machine, toilet paper, Koran for Muslims, water, books, etc. all free of charge. this is to avoid long waiting times for guests. Also, on the 3rd floor you have a laundry called THE LAUNDRETTE where guests can do their laundry (washing, drying, and ironing). there are also 7 restaurants including, LARTE Italian restaurant, The Maine Street Italian Sea food, Rags to Riches barbecue restaurant, El Chapos Tacos Mexican restaurant, Mr. Miyagis Asian restaurant. The Iris Village Spot bar and restaurant I'm no longer there but I still have a very good image. Thanks for your video.
