We call it walking.

Those elevators at 2:00 are very painful. It took more than 30 minutes to get on them when I visited. They don't have the needed capacity. There are escalators you can use, but if you have luggage, that isn't always the easiest or safest option.

Terminal 4 Heathrow baggage reclaim, damaged suitcases desk , after 2 long flights tues 19th sept 23, one of our cases was damaged , the small desk dealing with damage suitcases were unhelpfull ,very rude and Arrogant ,a Dark Indian chap behind desk came out became aggressive, shouting waving his fingers, and Indian girl behind desk grinning with a smirk on her face, and in a heated discussion threatened that we cant leave ,threatened us calling security, she even said "I dont give a F_ _ _ We said call security and after a long time the Customer Services Manager came and said they have no rights to hold us and we have to contact Quatar Airline These 2 Unproffesional Idiots should be sacked ,they caused us a lot of Stress ,when after 2 long flights, tired we wanted to get home ,they wasted a couple of hours of our time, suitcase was smashed ,cant use again, Has anybody else had the same experience , and what stong action can we take
