      I dont think we have a date yet but confirmed retail tenants including Catrina’s Cantina, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Swamp Fox Agency, The Packie Wine and Spirits, Roper St. Francis, Dulce Churros, Ice Cream and Cocktails, Heartland Dental, Woodhaven Pizza, Ruby’s Bagels, Noire Nails, Basecamp Fitness, Naan Appetit and Fifth Third Bank are suppose to be in there.

    Cane Bay was never a "plantation" and the person who came up with the bright idea of using the word plantation ought to do some really serious re-thinking. Plantations were for the enslaved Blacks who had to work their "masters" swampy jungles into fields and fields into profitable ventures every day or face the likelihood of cat-o-nines, plantations were nothing but labor/concentration camps.

      Looks like they currently are zoned for Cane Bay schools but zone lines change and new schools are being built so check back with the school district to be sure before finalizing anything of course.

      Hi there - to my knowledge there will not be a light at Del Webb. We will try to fit in new restaurants and the bakery for sure. We will be starting a seperate channel for Whats Happening in the area soon so that info may go over to that channel but we will be sure to try and come back here and comment when that happens. I think there will be over 35k sq ft of commercial space there by Publix and Harris teeter. They just put in a new gas station right by teeter that will be opening soon. 7 Eleven. I believe east bay deli and a poke bowl place is suppose to come that side too. More than 14,000 square feet of space has been leased by tenants including Dunkin’, sweetFrog frozen yogurt, Rotolo’s Craft and Crust Pizza, Dance Moves of Charleston, Shimmer nail salon and a liquor store concept. I also know there is a Jersey mikes over there for subs opening soon. More to come but thats what we have heard so far.

    You are responsible for sprinkler heads ,repairs, dead sod, and shrubs they put in. You have to fertilze shrubs.Not truly gated. People get in through construction entrance. Solictors knocking on doors at 8 pm.
