Now, don't freak out, walking doesn't really suck!
Walking is great as a general exercise but not so good at fixing any niggling pain in your knee, hip or back.
By all means, go for many long walks but of you're looking for a solution, it may be a few miles further down the road you are walking on....

    Hi, good luck with the channel! Wondering what you’d advise me to do - I have a mild medial knee pain, that increases with knee valgus, when my knee twists inwards. It’s never more than a 3/10 but after a few miles of running, begins to ache. My physio suggested adductor stretches, but nothing has changed. What do you think - should I have it scanned?

      Hello, Thanks for your comment. I would initially suggest you check out my knee pain video. Thanks what I do initially will all my knee patient's. I imagine your sore knee is tighter and or weaker. Good luck!
