NZ were no different to SA really, only difference is that white people dominate the population of NZ. All Blacks team only care about winning, they dont care about who theyre playing for. Springboks do, it's not all about winning. Something for those supporters to think about

Literally the only reason they support the All Blacks, is cuz of the title "All Blacks " What they don't know is that the NZ team didn't care about them when they toured in the 80s. NZ were anti Maori, they have their own apartheid history, only difference is that white people are the majority in NZ

I get the historical reasons for some South Africans supporting the All Blacks and it makes sense. But I'm curious whether those same people also support the Springboks as their second team? The Springboks of today have transformed significantly (for the better) compared to 30 years ago so there seems no good reason not to support your own nation. The mixed demographics of the team today make it far more appealing for the majority of South Africans to connect/relate to.

South Africans might still support the All Blacks, but Im pretty sure the All Black dont spend a split second thinking abouth their South African base.
