I had this done yesterday. It was quite a shock as it's a strong adjustment but it fixed the problem!

I'm so confused. Mine was shot into my capsule with a ultra sound. And it was with about a third of the size of a barrel. 3 days out and hurt like heck. Am slinged up. Praying this works. It hurts in the shoulder. Like a dead leg. If you ever did that as a kid. Same pain

How do I find someone who can do this? I love all of this like how you showed the x-ray and explained it and put the rib back but this is exactly the adjustment I need I can feel it and it's been driving me crazy. I tried to find a chiropractor but the last one honestly aligned my energy without touching me. How do I find someone like you?

No way! I went to my GP in England 🇬🇧 and like no much help to be honest, recovering from a chest injury. Happened on 16th December still hurts at least now I can do some things can't swim tough. I am a flight attendant and need to be 100% fit to fly again. It hurts when I tried CPR on my mattress! So no way I'm going back to work. Any help with exercises? Which ones are best to start with? My chiropractor is dumb he said you can’t adjust the rib cage so he just puts me on laser therapy and tens unit.. I literally watch this video before my assetment and I didn’t have any thing simulator to this video. I even as for X-ray and he said there nothing a X-ray would do beside show the injurie . Which is basically saying his time to really fix the issues isn’t worth his time. Rather just make me pay for his laser therapy and tens unit . What a joke he puts a bad name to the practice .

It seems like he's a good chiropractor. Not about "Loud cracks" and click bait but genuine patient care.

i have the same issues this guy has, upper rib gets out of place and pelvis gets out of place. sadly it took me 2-3 years to figure that out. my chiropractor uses the same techniques on me. But I need to get it done every 2-3 weeks because it keeps comming back. any idea why it comes back all the time?

I think I have the exact same issue and it happened during basketball when I got an elbow to the rib. It winded me a little and after a week it’s not feeling any better. Will be booking chiro session ASAP.
