How do i get the 3d print gold File for the insert?
The bottom clip was the hardest one. Not sure what you mean by just pushing in with screw driver. I pushed, twisted whatever and it broke
When you place the screwdriver you are basically pushing the internal black piece up so that the tab can clear it during extraction. You should not twist on any position.

Good afternoon, excuse me, I hope you could help me since I have a Porsche Cayman 987 coupe model 2014 gen2 and I want to remove the internal plastics from the side vents lobe, I have seen a lot but not in that specific model. Do you think it is a good choice or would I have a future problem in my car? I am waiting for your help atte luis
Luis, Sadly I don't have experience with the 2014 model.. I'm thinking you may better search for the parts manuals, you may then see some instructions. Sorry I couldn't help

Johnny, is really easy, if you open the ashtray cover you can take the ashtray out by pulling up. this holder has the same features as the ashtray to fit in so is just a pull the ashtray out push the phone holder in.. cadporsche@gmail.com

Britt, thanks... please do so, watch this video beginning tips and you will be fine and you will love the results. I also was in doubt, I'm not a pro on spray painting, later found out it was much easier than I though.

Yes, the ashtray removed very easily, just open the cover and grab the ashtray and push up, you will see the holding features for the ashtray are the same I use on the phone holder..
Please post the product you used. I've tried dyes from two companies that sold Porsche Sand Beige and neither was nearly as good of a match as you have. Thanks!
I used Magic Mender Sand Beige 2552, they have a nice table on their site to match all porsche interior colors

I have the same interior, can you please help me find the color kit? Also does it works on the plastics? the peel so easy
I used it on everything, I'm also more careful on not scratching. I used it on my center console Boxster 987. The color is Sand Beige 2553 on Magic Mender site
What if it rains very hard and water gets in? it's ok?
I have no problems, sold a lot to UK where is rains a lot, haven't heard of no issues.

Hello, what does the second "air intake" do, I'm refering to the hole on the other side of the car? Does it do anything or is it dead - meaning only for aesthetics?

@@uouba sorrry, I have seen the fan from the outside but not sure exactly if it is cooling something on the engine bay.

Very useful info. Should probably be using a plastic shim, like the ones for lifting laptop keyboards off, rather than a metal screwdriver though.
