That Southern Fried Chicken spot was legendary. It was a hole in the wall, but they served great food. When I used to visit my uncle who lived on the corner of Morningside Ave. and 125th street, that was the late night spot in Harlem to go to. Sad😢 when they closed, but this scene always brings back memories. Hype Williams did a perfect job filming this movie.

That would’ve been kinda cool though to see him reprise the role of Quincy, but I think he’ll play a good Gordy. He puts his all into the roles he plays. He was Frankie Lyman at one time too, and played that role well. Hopefully Kendrick Sampson will play a good Quincy. In a way, it’s kind of like Lorenz passing the torch on. But if he had played Quincy again, it’d been like it came full circle. @@LanceRingold
