This channel is a mixture of CB Radio and Ham Radio related videos, Digital modes and SWL Software.
Other call signs i use are 26AB119, 26DR715, G0XZY
KO-FI : Ko-fi is a bit like Patron but doesn't have a regular donation unless you choose to set one up. The benefit of Ko-fi that we get more of the money so less us taken off us than Patron do. ☕️

CubicSDR v0.2.4 and 11m checkout.
Thought in would try this to see if it worked, reason being my HDSDR stopped working.
But once installed it worked straight away and the SDR dongle.
I like spreading the display across both monitors as you can see a lot more of the frequency.

Hi Guys Got the Mckinley out its box to try and see it I can get working again with laptop to go mobile doing digital mode js8call and ft8. Using a Gain master antenna with it and it seems to receive better then the yaesu ft991a unless it's just me. I did have a few shouts but only managed to get a local station who is a few street away and a station in Durham city. Thanks for watching and don'...

Hi Guys, been off work this week on holiday and thought I would go on T5 to see wants happening and if anybody is on. Little bit activity on with USA 🇺🇸 and Italy 🇮🇹 heard and othe countries as well, did shout out but conditions were not right at the moment even though hearing the USA coming through. It does make me smile to see it on 11m. I have not yet done this and I think I know a few guys who will dig this.
I did the same, everything starts automatically via sdrsharp. I wrote a script. Everything starts without switching modes for the audio cable.

Yeah great it's a good radio I'm planning on going mobile with it at some point, will get video footage of it and what I do for channel. Probably will be 11m and some ham bands ft8 and js8call.

How long does your van take to start on freezing cold mornings? Does it take longer when it hasn't been used for several days?
Normally started first turn, but when I got the van it needed a new alternator as it was not charging the battery, battery was replaced by previous owner before buying it.
quite an emotional one this one is 😢
Sad to see it go, as did plan on converting but decided not to as would not properly get used and already have an ev which is used daily
The 991A has issues with AM well documented and needs corrected in the Service Mode to correct but I will say this know what your doing in this menu... Chris 2AT102 73's

Best time for 11m is morning till 3/4 o'clock in afternoon dead after dark.best band after dark is 80m 3.6mgz to 3.8mgz.
Might be the case but depends where you are in the UK, plus I'm not Around in the mornings as at work, normally catch the activity in the afternoon if any, but where I am been very quiet
