I don’t have the app but I believe you can reload credits (similar to Starbucks app) and it codes , I haven’t played around with it yet but sounds right !

I personally have not tried that yet , but if there’s an option within the app it “should” code as Grubhub , in store unfortunately it won’t to my knowledge

Its a hard comparison , for Soley dining/groceries I like my AMEX Gold by a mile. But if I had to choose to only have one , it would be the Sapphire just because of how much I use the world of Hyatt for transfer

Sure can , every 6 months you get $50 , anytime you dine at a resy restaurant you’ll get credited until you reach the $50 (similar to Grubhub , you can do two $5 pickups a month if you like vs $10 once )

To my knowledge you would need proof of US residency or a US social security number in order to submit the application. I know AMEX since there charge cards can accept your foreign credentials but you’ll need proof of US residency

Some people actually prefer the points sub if your staying at lower value intercontinentals ( the Greece location you can almost do 5 nights with 140k etc) ! Should be doing business version next which is SUB in points

It’s not an exploit by any means (legality wise haha) ! It’s in there policy for price matching , what will more than likely happen is they’ll adjust there prices to be in line with there competitors If anything they are the incorrect ones charging us an extra 2$ compared to all delivery apps for my tuna sandwhich haha

@Matt_Lopez I agree, or they might end up changing their $5 bonus policy and just refund the balance if people ab use the system..

I just see them matching the prices to there competitors if it is large influx from the same place I always remind people that us in the CC game are the minority , so a few 1000 people doing this vs the millions on Grubhub isn’t too alarming Now if tomorrow there’s 16,000 price matches to subway that’s different haha , but worse case you’ll just see the prices matchup amongst apps

More than likely some able to undercut or be as close to the margin (Uber vs GH) GH being smaller might need to add more $ to make it profitable (just my guess)

I’m not 100% sure on that process as I have the base mode of each (all depends on the actual verification process that GH does on there part ) Worse case you can always try a test submission using dash pass etc , worse case it gets denied My guess is that they probably have some way to tell , if not , that’s a cheat code haha !

Appreciate the response and your insight ! I’m easing my way into the “deeper” side of AMEX and still can’t decide which route I want to go for luxury travel. I’ll eventually grab the plat for at least a year because that 175,000 offer is no joke lmao But aspire + diamond + FNC calling my name also (more than likely doing what you said with waiting for the offer from them directly etc)
