If we accept the fact that nobody can fall from Vaikuṇṭha, two anomalies have to be accepted. 1. We don't have independence because we cannot choose what we want to do. If the inhabitants of Vaikuṇṭha are unable to fall down, they don't have any choice. That would be coercion on the part of Kṛṣṇa. Whereas love is possible only if it is a voluntary effort. Love is never forced. The Lord does not force us at any point. 2. Kṛṣṇa is cruel because he put some souls rotting here in the material world forever. We would not be responsible for our stay in the material world then. The blame is on the Lord. But the Lord is without fault. He would never do such a thing because He loves us unconditionally. Both these assumptions have to be made if we accept the idea that we were never in the spiritual world. But these are absurd. So we did indeed come from Vaikuṇṭha. We, being minute, are capable of making mistakes. The Lord can never make mistakes. Neither would He coerce us to serve Him in the spiritual world nor does not let us rot eternally in this material world. *BG 5.15:* nādatte kasyacit pāpaṁ na caiva sukṛtaṁ vibhuḥ ajñānenāvṛtaṁ jñānaṁ tena muhyanti jantavaḥ "Nor does the Supreme Lord assume anyone's sinful or pious activities. Embodied beings, however, are bewildered because of the ignorance which covers their real knowledge." In the purport, Śrīla Prabhupāda writes, "He (Kṛṣṇa) does not create a particular situation for any living entity, but the living entity, bewildered by ignorance, desires to be put into certain conditions of life, and thereby his chain of action and reaction begins. A living entity is, by superior nature, full of knowledge. Nevertheless, he is prone to be influenced by ignorance due to his limited power. The Lord is omnipotent, but the living entity is not. The Lord is vibhu, or omniscient, but the living entity is aṇu, or atomic. Because he is a living soul, he has the capacity to desire by his free will. Such desire is fulfilled only by the omnipotent Lord. And so, when the living entity is bewildered in his desires, the Lord allows him to fulfill those desires, but the Lord is never responsible for the actions and reactions of the particular situation which may be desired." Then why do ācāryas contradict each other, some saying that it is not possible for jīva to fall down and some saying that we can fall down? They will never contradict each other. They are just explaining it from different angles. We need to be mature enough to harmonize those statements to convey the absolute truth. Generally, a soul never falls from the spiritual world, Vaikuṇṭha. It is so extremely rare for a soul to make that mistake that some ācāryas would say it is impossible. All the innumerable souls in this material world are such rare rascals who have chosen to separate themselves from the Lord. Although they may be innumerable in our estimation, they are insignificantly small in number compared to the souls in Vaikuṇṭha. The souls there are far more numerous. Therefore, the material world is called eka-pāda vibhūti (one-fourth energy of the Lord) whereas the spiritual sky is termed tri-pāda-vibhūti (three-fourths energy of the Lord). Then what about the promises of Kṛṣṇa like _yad gatvā na nivartante tad-dhāma paramam mama_ - "once reaching the supreme abode, one never returns?" The answer is that this time we return, we will not come back because we will have remembered our bitter lesson very well and would not repeat it. In other words, all traces of material desire will become completely distasteful by the mercy of Kṛṣṇa and we will return to Him, never to return here. But Śrīla Prabhupāda says that even after going back this time, technically we can still come back because we still have our independence. But he said we won't come back because we will have learned our lesson entirely and would choose to never repeat the mistake of going independent of Kṛṣṇa. Nobody is born in a prison. Owing to one's crimes, he goes to prison. Similarly, we came here out of our own mistake.

Hare krishna was very famous. But don't know if hare rama was famous. For ram we use " jai shere ram" only.

There is proof actually hare krishna being chanted in vrindavan. It is very old tradition.
