Oftentimes they'll pad the release date out just to give them some leeway cuz AliExpress starts an automatic timer as soon as you place an order where you have to ship it by that date So if they don't anticipate having enough to fulfill the stock or whatnot So the release date may not actually be when they can actually ship them out they might just be giving themselves some wiggle room

@@lukeluck1395 if the pictures are accurate. I would say yes. Given they attached a video I have no reason to doubt the pictures. So as long as they are making them like this now. Seems like they doubled down on making them better than they have other revisions

It will be interesting to see how good they are. If they are "too good" and difficult to differentiate from the originals, perhaps the price of the originals will not be so expensive. Unfortunately, many will use this to their advantage and pass the bootlegs off as originals

@lukeluck1395 that is the downside of bootlegs. Unscrupulous people who want to take advantage and deceive to make a buck. If these do turn out good, in my opinion there will no longer be a reason to ever pay more than like 30 bucks for this version of the figure.

I remember purchasing the original box set for AU $100 in 08. Regrettably i got rid of them and rebought the box set last year for $1500. I will be kicking myself if they do a bootleg of the box set

Totally hopefully these are just as the pictures show. It is great that we have companies willing to just make this stuff. I suspect neca either can't remake these or their are legal issues. Otherwise if they are just chosing to not make these. They are really leaving money on the table

I haven't tried that yet. Probably would help. Shredders issue is the legs bump right into the connecting ball peg and push it out. So when you try to move the legs it can for it. So not sure if anything could really fix it

I disagree; these make the OGs more challenging to distinguish. Used to be worry-free with the clam shells

@christophersloss485 that is true, if you are trying to buy old figures and make sure they are legit, you'll have to do more research and verification now. But I think it's good that more people can have a good version of these figures

@@toomuchnewtoys I agree, but not at the expense of crashing the collector's value of the OG figures. If you want to be inclusive, make a different-shaped box or something to distinguish it. This is undercutting the market, and it is not good. These are not four-dollar toys. The market price on these is around $1k. These KOs are available for around $100. This makes it easy for someone to sell them as OGs. As much as we all love TMNT, the figures being released now by NECA, Mondo, Mezco, etc, are collector items. If they have no resell value, people will not be willing to pay hundreds of dollars for them.

The only difference i realized was the color of chest (almost imperceptible) and Donatello the mask node, and I think that they all has the same chest dots or scars, looks a bit they are the same molde but different heads as the character they represents. Got them yesterday also from this seller.

@toomuchnewtoys Well...I see where you're coming from. For me it would suck because I don't have the originals and I skipped the bootlegs so far because you could tell them a mile away. These here look pretty damn close to be honest, that's why I got them. We'll see but I have a feeling they will turn out pretty good. Will you post a video on these fellas?

@@simsey1 I think as long as they ship what is shown and we get the dio pieces. The price is pretty good. Other sellers may have them cheaper if folks are willing to take a gamble. This seller is too but the video is nice

@@nicolasgregory7207 yeah it's very annoying, I think shredder is the worst cause of how his legs are so close to the peg they constantly push on it. Hopefully it's something they can correct going forward. JoyToy has been doing the same for me, I mean Im shameless and get everything I like but can easily just focus on JoyToy and have more than enough and they do below with space. Their output is insane

I can, give me a bit, got head the hell out of it cause the ball peg is way tight. still doesnt have much crunch a little better but it give it tons of twist.
