Ademco 1689 Smoke Detector Review - Itigo23
Просмотров 2773 месяца назад
A review on the Ademco 1689. (Click below to read more.) This unit dates back to the introduction of the SA76RS in 1977. Based on BRK's 77R platform of smoke detector, it was practically revolutionary at the time, serving as one of the most popular examples of early 9VDC battery powered smoke alarms in the late-70s. In 1978, First Alert had released a new model based on their current platform, ...

Why hello again! I am back from my time in the inactive box, and I bring to you a new panel review. This video reviews the Simplex 4004, a conventional fire alarm control panel. Introduced in 1994, this panel was made for smaller buildings or institutions, and the base panel comes with two programmable zones, and two notification appliance circuits. However the Simplex 4004 is expandable, provi...

Hello, hello. It’s been a while since I’ve made a video, and I plan on making more in the coming months. Actually, I’m not sure. All I know is that I’ve got a big video comin’ up soon, so stay tuned for when I get the courage to run my free space for its money. Anyways, this is a review video for my newly acquired Faraday Electric model 2005, an 8” bell from the mid-20th century. It runs on 12V...

Honeywell TC49A-1005 Unboxing and Test - Itigo23
Просмотров 111Год назад
NOTICE: This video was reuploaded due to low volume within the duration of the other release. This is an unboxing video of my Honeywell TC49A-1005 Model 2 from 1977. It has a few unique quirks that set it apart from modern detectors, whether it be the Kobishi CLB-27 mechanical horn, or the 4.4mCi ionization sensor. Alternatively, if you watch BA&F Vintage, you just know. I'm not explaining furt...

Hi
it's hydro
I love the word "grailening," which is the right word to describe a device like this. I know. @Natsco411 (Seth Konapek) found some holy grail National Time and Signal fire alarm systems in Michigan, plus he has some hardware of that category in his collection; an example would be a 3500N break-glass station from 1956.
Oh, cool! I'm gonna be moving to southern Michigan soon, just a bit north of Indiana. Sorry this was late, I've been busy
@@itigo23 if you're moving to southern Michigan above Indiana, then I would have to assume you are moving to Coldwater or Niles (the latter of which was homes to a company that did aluminum entryways for mid-century buildings. you might bump into VintageVibratone, who has a collection of historic fire alarm equipment. you will find a lot of Faraday and National Time fire alarm systems there. I love your "multi in one" carbon monoxide alarms. I will share you mine, which is the 75-in-one variant and goes as follows: Get a load of this!! here is the new 75 in 1: dual smoke sensors, gas and CO sensors, thermostat, air quality indicators, BRK: SS718, 1839IWNACI, 86RAC, Statitrol SmokeGard 700 from 1965, pull rod, Faraday 129 (a nearly extinct flush mount horn from the 1950s-mid 60s), IBM 4037, Faraday 511/512 (rare projector-less version of the 121-S, Edwards 271 (break rod-less version of the 270; dates back to the early 50s), a bunch of National Time hardware spanning the 1950s-70s (some holy grails), Pyrotronics F3/F5 smoke detectors from 1954, a bunch of vintage heat sensors, S. H. Couch F1A "chevron" from 1954, Simplex 4050-80 prototype (4040-60) and "white" 2902 speaker light, Faraday 5501, IBM/Simplex 4200/4240, a large pickup truck and trailer for scrap metal collectors, 1957 Chevy Bel Air, 1953 Corvette, ride-on lawn mower, the following locomotives: Baldwin (B)RF-16 and centipede (the latter was the world's largest diesel until Union Pacific's DD35s of the mid-60s), EMD E7, F7, GP7, and SD7 (all from the early 50s), Fairbanks-Morse Erie-built from the early postwar era, various extinct US steam locomotives, various vintage Otis elevators (not modernized), a 1950s Rotary (Dover) Oildraulic, Westinghouse Selectomatic, Lowell "UFO" speaker grille from the early 1950s, NuTone 2012 AM only intercom from 1957, H. O. R. Sirex from North Canton and Hamilton, Ohio (the former was sadly scrapped), an early 1950s Federal Thuderbolt and its rare gas-powered version, Scream Master (Federal Model 2 knockoff), gas powered B&N Mobil-Directo, Federal 500SHTT (550), prototype SD-10, Chrysler air raid siren (world's loudest siren), and voice recorder model is KN-__________________-WF
This man (James) gave itigo23 *2 of his holy grails* first being the FADCQ and then this and *I STILL don't understand why he is so hated...*
