Why would anyone even concider opening a business in canada without living here. When you could get a U.S LLC and pay almost no tax. Only someone coming from a third world country that doesn't know better would ever do such a stupid thing😂😂😂

i can't find help, who signs the documents? i bought the incorporation pkg, then long long list docs to sign, but no help for who signs which ones? the director signs all of htem? the CEO? each share holder? zero help.

Opening a business bank account or business credit card don't create a separate credit profile for a sole prop, only for a corporation. That business credit card will just show up on the personal credit report of the sole proprietor even if it's a business card.

Thanks for the video. I'm also in the process of incorporating my business. I will go for a provincially incorporated business (Alberta). One thing that is really troubling me though is that wherever I look for information, whether that be on online resources or the Government of Canada, I keep reading rather vague instructions on "Do this, do that" but no guidance on WHAT is it and HOW to do it to stay compliant with the government. For example, and you didn't mention this in your video, every business is obligated to maintain a Minute Book. The minute book needs to contain things like the company's bylaws, resolutions, transaction records, shareholder certificates(?) and probably a few other things I haven't figured out yet. But where do I find examples or templates on how to maintain these documents to stay compliant with what the government is expecting? This is crucial information for any new start-up. It would be of great value to anyone considering starting a business to have one resource that outlines all the requirements along with guidance to take the guess work out of all of this. I've been holding back on the incorporation of my business because of all these big unknowns.
