👍
The best video on you tube yet mate thanks heaps ..people trip when I say I learnt off youtube hahahah
Awesome video I drove a truck n quad dog for the 2nd time today it was a Volvo cab over with a quad dog. Took it for a spin since I’m going for a new job and we get back to the yard and the allocater asked me to fold it up. With his instructions I done it first go with the dog next to the drivers door. I felt really proud of myself. But Do u think I could do it again with the dog next to the passenger door nope I fucked up. Definitely need more practice. Can’t wait to try it again
I am starting new job on Monday pulling dog. I can reverse B-double. I am thinking it’ll be bit similar to that since it also has two articulation points.
The hoists raise the bodies; any bins (none in this clip) are on the ground, separating piles of different material.
Does anyone know the difference between a dog and a superdog?
Superdog has a single axle dolly. A quad dog has a double axle dolly. Both are dog trailers because they are attached to the main truck by a ringfeeder rather than a turntable. Hope it helped
@@aminnosr765 after years I finally understand lol cheers
@@lilaccentawarangi-pekepo8849 no worries mate
@@aminnosr765 A dog is any trailer which has front and back wheels, instead of all its wheels together. In this case the dolly forms part of the trailer which makes it a dog.
Chuck your dolly lock in cobba😂😂😂
Not with a full load cob, you'll snap your dolly lock.
@@siliconiusantogramaphantis2122 when I first got to oz Jack knifing the dog was the only way I knew how to back a trailer.....I pissed my self laughing when I saw those blokes using it😂😂😂
@@Tangaroa775 amateurs. Not gonna lie I snapped one when I was still new to this only because I forgot to flick it off lol.
@@siliconiusantogramaphantis2122 you have a good day driver 🤙🏾🤙🏾
@@Tangaroa775 you too brother. Stay safe on the roads, watch them car drivers.
Shit this looks hard
Pretty easy with all that room to play with... Try Jack knifing in real tight areas, between buildings or other obstacles. Real life is a bitch.
Principle stays the same but
I usually Jack knife in a 2 lane road base ditch. The edges actually help.
That was real life😂😂
