If the fact that America defended South Korea is a feat, then the attempt to defend South Vietnam is too. You can't justify the US intervention in Korea, but at the same time condemn the intervention in Vietnam. As we say in Russia: Either take off the cross from your neck, or put on your underwear.
@@Белый-ч8т first of all, the Americans has a whole lot more documented warcrimes in Vietnam. Second of all, one could say the same for northern Vietnam. It was a Proxy war against communism, not for freedom. (At least that’s what the Americans wanted). Sure, Korea’s situation was similar as well, but at least the Americans handled it better.
