My daughter would take Benadryl for her anxiety she took 12 years taking that she thought helped. My daughter is passed she took her life she said she did it to stop the pain. Its 1 year this year 2022.😥 We miss her very much!❤

M y God James Arthur is such an intelligent and well spoken young man, he is a perfect ambassador on the issue of panic attacks. I suffered my first attack in my early 30s. I felt like I was having a heart attack. I couldn't breath and I was in a mall on my way to a medical clinic where I was the manager. When I finally got there I told one of our Dr.s what was happening. Dr. McKee checked me out thoroughly including an EKG and said "Jim, your having a panic attack !" I was given a paper bag and told to breath in it. Within a few minutes I felt much better. I continued to get them thru my 30s but then they stopped. I'm in my 60s now but I understand how frightening it is to have an a attack and I applaud James for bringing panic attacks to the forefront. It's nothing to be ashamed of and can be treated easily.

I have SO much admiration for Linda Ronstadt - her music, her integrity, her conviction, her honesty, her appreciation and acknowledgement of others, and above else her great courage. Her music has been such a gift to me, all throughout her career. I wish her love, peace, and happiness. Marvelous woman; just marvelous ❤️❤️❤️

My Mum had supra nuclei palsy . As you I'm sure now only too well it is the most rare of the MND 's. At the time there were only 26 other known cases in South Africa. This made meaningful research almost impossible as there were just too few supra nucleis. I only hope there is a breakthrough one day that is able to work with fewer numbers. The only common denominator found was they were all keen gardeners and in those days sprays and fertilisers were used in copious amounts. My Mum was totally lucid until her death. She listened and devoured knowledge aurally more than she ever had in her earlier life. We were grateful that she didn't ever have a glimmer of dementia or Alzheimers so was able to use the time her immobility afforded her for learning.

I started buying her cassettes back in 76, CDs were not out yet, and I was a young army soldier, used to go out to the parking lot with my army buddies when we were on lunch break and blast her music in my car, all the soldiers including me had the hots for Linda.

Gabbie talking about how hard her mental health journey is when her harrasment has put two people in mental crisis wards THIS YEAR alone. 😬😬😬 I'm sure you weren't fully aware of Gabbies surrounding behaviour but she has spent a large amount of her time for the last few years bullying an ex friend and dismissing this friends SA where the acused was concicted of assault. Gabbi has implied that the SA wouldn't be SA, had her ex friend and the acused been dating at the time. The situation is that the acused began having unprotected S with Gabbies ex friend, while she was unconscious with a intense concussion. Theres no situation that is not R. Gabbie at one point found a small twitter user, gabbie went to this persons DM because Gabbie saw she was critising gabbie. She then started talking to this random person, not a youtuber, not a influencer, litterally just a normal person who critised her, and started bad mouthing the above mentioned SA survivor, jessi smiles, and gave this fan private details about jes, ones she never asked for, and ones that were not approved of being told to, by jessi. I am not trying to say youre awful or evil or even in the wrong for including her. Shes managed to get platforms from multiple people with the act shes pulling of here, one example is inabber, who now realises in the past that gabbie manipulated him to use his platform as a stage for herself. He was even friends with her for some time after, but eventually her behaviour got more extreme and he realised what had happened. Just, I'm not sure you know the actual details of these situations over the "details" Gabbie gives people.
