My hair is very dry, after LOC method it will take only one day, after it gets dry again. Can I use this product everyday? and how long does it hold the moisture?

I have a few of this lines products and when I used this conditioner I thought it was a protein conditioner and I appreciate that to help build my hair back up. I bought by coincidence the same brand HMB plus D3 from Body Tech and the directions say take 4 tablets 3 times per day,,I think that's a hell of a lot of any supplement and I haven't see any other brand with directions near that amount: thats 360 capsules per month,that bottle with 120 would only one third of a month supply?????

I just tried it on my 4c hair… I did a twist out with perm rods on the ends…it came out great with good hold too.

Oh no, I already bought the Drunk Elephant smh. I haven't opened it yet but now I'm disappointed it won't work on my skin tone. Idk if we have Purito in the UK. I hate the white cast of sunscreen and really thought the Drunk Elephant would be okay because it's labelled as Sheer. Oh well.
