How do I get you as an advisor, as my doctor? I'm serious because I'm getting nowhere with my psychologist and ketamine.. and I'm in a freeze state... I am in a dangerous position and I'm trying not to be scared and I'm watching RUclips videos on ADHD and complex trauma doing the exercises and I'm just getting more and more behind to the point that if I if something doesn't happen soon I will be buzzard bait... What a load of rubbish. The way you deal with your trauma is how you rank as a human being. Trauma is life, and what you do to get over the trauma will see what sort of person. Not getting over trauma, you end up a victim, and having that mindset will drag you down to where your mental health is off the scale

I’m only allergic to certain types of mushrooms but it seems to get worse over time so like a few months ago I could just make sure I didn’t eat mushroom pieces and even like one or 2 were manageable if it happened but now I can’t even have my pizza sliced because if they sliced mushrooms with that sliced I end up taking an ice bath lol but the mushrooms in my mom’s spaghetti and lasagna I do okay with still I just don’t want to be trippin+reaction 😅

Religion also makes a lot of people suicidal in the first place. Many parental figures and even figures in the church use religion to hold power over their kids or church members in the wrong ways. It’s crazy what you can do when you abuse somebodies belief, and it happens. Besides that religion tends to disagree with homosexuality, which puts a lot of people into crises’ of their own as it takes a lot to work through when you grow up with religion.
