That's a great looking MOC! I love this kind of busy atmosphere inside the village! And also I completely agree with what you said that having limited parts lets you be more creative and forces you to build in unconventional ways!
Yeah, when I build villages or big cities like this, I always add a lot of people, it makes the builds much more fun! And yeah, a limited amount of pieces is often good!
