Hi Randy, it very well could relapse. We have to focus on improving the root cause of this condition. A great question to ask yourself or your provider, why did this condition start in the first place, how do we fix that?
@@performancehealthcincy5459 I bumped into something with my left hip which left a bruise and the burning/numbness heaviness started. It's now just a heaviness light burning just above my left knee which I hope it's working it's self out. I also have scoliosis of the spine which I don't think that has anything to do with that.
Great exercises but I wish I knew which side the affected leg should be.

mine has been numb for about a week and today its started throbbing i am a diabetic and only seeing my doctor next week friday im not sure how to sleep or how to keep my left arm for most part of the day . Some vidoes say sleep with it relaxed but bent others say straight.
