Why “Gimp’s Garage”?
TL;DR version…. Let’s just say I wasn’t blessed with the best from the healthy gene pool haha. I’ve had more surgeries due to autoimmune diseases since I was a kid up to current day, than dozens of people will ever experience, combined! The main two that do somewhat limit my daily life and ability to wrench, both my wrists are fused, hands are deformed and I’ve had 5 hip replacements. Do I let that nonsense get me down, stand in my way or slow me down? HELL NAH! let’s get to wrench’n and rippin’.

@@robertmccallum2428 they’re a little pricey. But they’re worth the investment for the extra $50-$75 for quality that will last for many years. I put 25,000 miles on my last set before my bike was stolen. I’d still have them otherwise

i put some “ebay special” shorties on my ‘24 road glide. WHAT A MISTAKE! a few traffic jams later, my hands are begging me for an adjustable clutch lever, lol. does #OBERON have a model for the 2024s? if so, definitely grabbing some, but hopefully i win the drawing 🤙🏽

Do these #Oberon levers make it easier to pull, I've got a 131 build with heavy clutch springs? It would have been nice to see a before and after fish scale reading.
@@spfx99 it’s smoother. But if you adjust it to where it’s closer to the bar, it’s going to engage with less pull. You’re best bet is if you’re running a hydraulic clutch, get a rekluse slave cylinder to ease then tension.

@@NesianMoto I had the flo’s on my last bike for a few weeks and had to ditch em. They were not comfortable for me. Oberon’s are like nobody else’s with their feel, performance and quality.
