GOSH I can so relate to the fears of being seen, owning power & light - so many layers to it, conflicting programmings, past life + ancestral wounds, energies & conditioning, then add the collective layers - absolute poop fest!!! but a VERY LIBERATING & Empowering Journey!!!

I love it and how cool is it that you felt the 4th theme in your heart that feels like the heart opening energy working through you. One of the things I have learnt about the connection with true self that it is always there and that it's in everything we are and do. Yet, it can be a process of truly embodying it and that's about removing the layers of conditionings and programmes... the dynamics is so simple yet we humans over complicate it. @pimmspimms5462 - Thank you Sarah for your lovely message and lovely to see you back here. It is so easy to operate from the outside in vs inside out and difficult to honour ourselves and progress we have made. I feel that many of us have not been taught this. I feel the energy that is coming is going to help us with this. Like we get a booster in a form of new code that resets our operating system😄 Question is do we have the courage to let go of our old stories and beliefs about ourselves that feed the lower vibrations like victim consciousness. Even if is a small teeny tiny yes the universe is really going to help us. When we start to understand our human experience on a more soul/universal level things start to fall into place this does not mean that we bypass the human experience we fully embrace all the feelings, thinking patterns and programmes and surrender to it all. Oops a daisy I went off on ramble there. I hope that makes sense and lovely to see and feel your presence here. BIG HUGS🤗❤💕🤍

Wow Mel - I don't know what to say. I read this on Tuesday and it left me absolutely speechless. Thank you so very much firstly for watching these insights and for sharing your kind words of reflection here. It means the world to me on so many levels that I can't even articulate. Thank you! Hahaha yes the quantum leaps and timelines bits were a bit funny I totally went off in a particular direction 🙈😜 Also I can relate to wanting to be time travel totally inspired by Quantum Leap series in the 90's :) I am exciting to see how things evolve this month it really does feel like a positive tuning point for many of us!

Yeah those things that stand out to you are really big things and I think so many of us are mentally grappling with it (including myself) I feel this is where we potentially get stuck in the knowing (step 3 part of theme 1) can't quite step out enough to witness our own judgements of ourselves with tender kindness & compassion. it is so easy yet it isn't so until we can surrender ♥♥♥

@ivanasretenovic1798 Thank yo Ivana for sharing your reflections. Yes that makes a lot of sense as October had the rebirthing energy and then November and December were fairly intense so natural for the decluttering to slow down on human physical level as it was very much based in the energetic realms. This is juicy! Frustration I feel is a key indicator that you are on the precipice of a new way of being. Key is to bring in more love, kindness and compassion and be ok with being frustrated. We all think intuition, clarity, connection will be this magical thing we acquire I have found more we are kinder, compassionate we are to ourselves the more we are able to trust ourselves and the intuition and connection just becomes part of us. There are many layers to this - that is a very simple way to put it.... BIG HUGS You are doing the work and that is always the hard part!
