To be fair its a bit of a gimmick if you are already out and about with your Phone ( that is more capable ) that you would need to create a mobile hot spot for internet access.. the RC controller done the same and probably more functions from the RC pro that you can side load more apps on to , but i never bothered with my old Mini3 Pro's RC for any of this.
