Deepak Sir, I cherish the image of standing by the side of a lake and throwing small stone in the middle,, and I enjoy seeing the ripple effect the little stone cause in the pond. And ripples move outward and reach the boundary of the lake. This image has great fascination and meaning for me. When I release a thought, a good thought, positive thought, I imagine that t he good/positive energy released by my thought reaches the utmost boundaries of the earth and I believe it has positive impact on the people, and environment. I believe that it reaches God/Universe, and it does reflect back on every form of life. Today I learned from your guided meditation, to send these: peace, harmony, love, and joy from my deeper self to the outward surroundings, and people in concentric circles to reach the ends of the earth and Universe. I am confined in a small village, but the truth is that there is nothing preventing me from reaching behind, to the the ends os the earth, covering people of all nations, races, continents, languages ane I feel the belongingness to a big universal family. Mind in static state when it is activated into thinking can reach far and wide through energy without any limitations of time and space. Thank you so much for affirming my own experience. 🙏🙏🙏
