after many attempts I resorted to summon help made a world of a difference! Was afraid the health increase was too much but bleed to stronk! When this sorcery gets nerfed options for Mages will be very steep in this fight.

The biggest victory was dodging the ice balls wining like this always feels like a hollow victory but still a fun fight!

Yes I'm realising that. Currently on Genichiros lightning phase now, and I'm nearly there. For sure a lot tougher to come, but I'm learning from getting my arse kicked every boss..😙
Usually true but for this guy and similar fights there's no point being on the offense when their posture bar goes up so fast

Nice. Mostly a deflect battle and his posture drops loads. You know who's next when you jump out of that window in that room, run along the roof turn right and grapple....😅😅
genichiro aint that hard hes easy if you learn his pattern its just 2 hits then parry then 1 hit parry then repeat and block when he jumps and then use miriki counter
Was a fun fight what I like about this game is no matter how tricky the fight is once you finish it you feel like you learned something for future combat.
@@jag9872 My adrenaline is through the roof when I finish a boss who I've spent a lot of time with having my arse kicked. It is, I agree with you a nice sensation. Fatalis melts hunters armor into his chest to harden it This guy’s armor: flashy pants from the 80s...good pick fatalis
Shoot him with dragon pod and it'll stun most moves
Imagine if when he lands that and kills a hunter he also gains a temporary Defense boost.

Can you display the armor skills? You scrolled through them way too fast at the beginning of the quest. Why is there a HBG user with Explosive Trapper instead of auM? He should be kicked.
