Thanks for watching the video! Yes, absolutely. Since WooCommerce reviews are based on WordPress comments, the comments moderation settings also apply to reviews. So, if you go to Settings > Discussion page in WordPress admin panel and enable the "Comment must be manually approved" checkbox, new reviews shouldn't be displayed before you manually approve them.

Average reviews scores and reviews count are enabled in shortcodes by default. If you deactivated them, please enable them back by setting the "show_summary_bar" parameter in a shortcode as "true".

Yes, it is possible. To do that, you need to collect "store" reviews. Unlike product reviews, they aren't linked to any particular product but to your store in general.
