Hey! Today we will make sandwiches with avocado, egg and greens.
Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):
4 slices of bread.
1 avocado.
Greens (spring onion and dill).
3 eggs.
30-40 g of mayo.
Cook the eggs in boiling water for 7:30 min.
Chop the greens.
Cut, peel and mash the avocado.
Mix 1 egg, avocado, mayo and greens in a bowl, add some salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread our mix on the bread, put in the cut egg.
Close the sandwich and repeat with the second one.
