@@zhd1655 there are different types of jumps, edge jumps where you dont use your toe pick and toe pick jumps where you do.

What exactly do you mean? Usually we think of a combo wie wanna do and practice it till is synchronized. Both of them have to look to the other skater so they can adjust their speed

How do i controll my speed? I get a little speed from stepping out to the side and slitly pushing myself when im getting my right foot back on the ice after that when i pull my leg back again i gain even more speed. After 2 or 3 triangles i cant hold the force from my blade on the ice do you have any tipps?
hm i don't really know. i never had this problem. but if you want me to give you tips or tell you what you can do better you can send us a video of your triangle on instagram (icefreestyleguardians). maybe then i can tell you whats the problem
