Hello! you're not doing anything wrong, for some reason the shellmet isnt on the list. I looked around for another way and found a model in this workshop pack: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1176363645 The cosmetic is called "bullet_bowl" in this pack, hope this helps!

@@sk_form whenever i use that and the zero slider, it disappears as soon as i do it to the helmet, and i know im not doing it to soldier

@@sk_form i was being a bit dumb but i figured it out lol, the cosmetics would attach and follow the merc but they wearnt on him if that makes sense. but i got it to work :)

@@sk_form yes, and I don’t know how to get rid of them, the only thing I know is the hammer editor but I don’t know how to use it. Mainly make the extracted map a bsp file

@@dedlers1329 hey, so long story short the list hasnt been updated these last few years, the creator said he would stop updating it I think 2 years ago. So any new cosmetics added into TF2 you will have to manually update sfm then try finding it yourself, or hope someone uploads it in the workshop in a bundle of the content update, I tried looking for your cosmetics in the workshop but had no luck, sorry :(

I dont think thats possible, but gmod has its own workshop with tf2 models as well as cosmetics you could try checking. Im pretty sure there are tutorials for gmod that explains how to add stuff to tf2 characters

Yeah I get that, for some reason when you add cosmetics manually nowadays you don’t get everything from TF2, ive tested that a couple of times and had the same problem, your best bet would most likely be to check the SFM workshop for the cosmetics you want, a lot of people upload the cosmetics in packs per game update from TF2. Hope this helps you

The Rusty Reaper may have a broken texture, I checked the workshop but it doesnt look like there are fixes for it, heres a video that explains how to fix broken SFM textures, which look black, or cannot be painted: ruclips.net/video/2Qwt-cjrvu8/видео.html

​@@sk_form Okay, so i add the kringle edition for soldier thro "Add tf2 cosmetics", and, as i think, the kringle's light just breaks, there are some parts of it glowing white, and when you drag the "default slider" to the end of right and then back it completely breaks the light of it, and it just becomes light grey

This is a copy paste from another comment: Real quick could you delete the cosmetic and reinsert it then try following the steps again? You should be dragging the pyro model into the cosmetic, and then select the cosmetic, and then zero it. You might have accidentally zeroed the Pyro instead.

Make sure you’re in the right timeline in sfm, if you’re in the clip editor, which is a blue looking timeline with some yellow lines, that timeline doesnt let you change properties similar to “zero”ing a model, make sure you’re in the green timeline, which is the motion editor, and from there make sure you’re dragging the player model into the cosmetic first, then from there select the cosmetic and zero it out,
