You may have to proceed with tact and subtlety to minimize chances that they might resist your efforts. I mean you don't want to offend anybody by telling them, for instance, that they are ignorant or they have a colonized mindset. Whether or not that is the truth, there are ways to communicate certain things that make people more open, and willing to embrace those truths. You need to win their...

The modern day White Supremacists have not come into Africa with the same attitude they deal with you in Europe and America, as people that are living there in your Black skins. That's the big difference. You have to understand that. So they didn't come here and start doing stuff like buck breaking - raping Black men, lynching and hanging Black people on trees. Instead, what they did was to eng...

I would like to pose a difficult question to PanAfrica involving the Diaspora Repatriates and the less mentioned African Expat's who for some unseen reason fled too West and Eastern Colonizing Countries. I will be focussing primarily on the African Expatriates who have being ignored during this global recruitment, plea for Diaspora unification. The common African citizen is understanding this economic crises on the most basic level of needs, and that is expressed in the form of food, finances, education and security. All of these basic needs are readily found and enjoyed within most First World countries, West and Eastern Cultures. Within this past year, all across the continent of African an announcement of PanAfrica unification was declared, following the "2019 Ghana Year of Return", calling for Repatriation of PanAfrican ADOS (African Descendants Of Slavery). Following the noticeable answer from Western Diaspora many neighboring African Countries followed suet, realizing the benefits that would accompany these prosperous Diaspora, this union might just be the answers to combating Colonization and the persisting tole that it continues to take upon lives of so many of African People. Without focusing on the elephant in the room (the wide spread corruption of most African Government Officials) who generally have the most basic level of college education, we will remain on topic with Diaspora and Expatriates. As it has become apparent to anyone with access to the World Wide Web/Internet, the African People have extended their arms to PanAfrica and the Diaspora are answering their call. Answering to such an extent that it has become euphoric and reckless, with either side understanding nor putting in place necessary plans needed to carryout this reconstruction. And during this entire process I might add, the respective Governments are quietly sitting on the sidelines, behaving as they have no involvement or responsibility. If the African Government were to take the responsible role in this matter, which they obviously are obligated, taking the lead by orchestrating a smooth transition for all involved, Diaspora, African citizens and Expatriates. Which brings me to the African Expatriates, that forgotten and unmentioned group of highly educated, economically motivated and academically proficient group of intellectuals. These widely sought after African Expatriates are in great demand and recruited by most First World Countries abroad, their expertise is exploited without bearing the cost of education. Now, how does this flight of African Expat come about? or better yet, why would so many African Governments stand by and allow the outsourcing of vitally needed Human Resources? Without glamorizing or intellectualizing the matter, it was due to simply greed and intimidation. The political greed of looting the government coffer without interference from a much younger and higher educated intellectual and free from the intimidating presence and overshadowing proficiency that African Scholars are known for. Simply put, the Corrupt African Political Official are safe and secure without the interference from meddling African Expatriates or opinionated Diaspora with Western entitlements. The African Government only have to pay a living wage to the Expatriates, they would willfully return home and practice their professions to the benefit of African People. To answer your question, why are African President's and Political Official's not addressing this Diaspora, Repatriation topic publicly? They are aware that change for them is not a good thing, African Politicians are surviving from the practices put in place by their Colonist Mentors. Colonizing Narratives in Africa are reenforced through Indoctrinating Education Systems, Religious Tribalism, and Political Indifference from Elected Officials who are charged with protecting this deception. P.S. Feel free to share this awkward correspondence with others.
