Doug Raney oli yhdysvaltalainen jazzkitaristi.
Raney oli jazzkitaristi Jimmy Raneyn poika. Hän sai opetusta Barry Galbraithilta. Hänen kehitykseensä muusikkona vaikutti hänen mukaansa ratkaisevasti myös Al Haigin tapaaminen. Raney aloitti 1970-luvun jälkipuoliskolla esiintymisen isänsä kanssa New Yorkissa ja Euroopan kaupungeissa. Raney teki 1980-luvun alusta lähtien yhteistyötä muiden muassa Dexter Gordonin, Johnny Griffinin, Louis Stewartin, Kenny Drew’n ja Clifford Jordanin kanssa. Lisäksi hän esiintyi Duke Jordanin kanssa kiertueella Japanissa. Raney teki levytyksiä eri levy-yhtiöille.
Raney asui suurimman osan uransa kestosta Tanskassa ja esiintyi tuolloin vain harvoin Yhdysvalloissa. Hän teki Tanskassa myös monet levytyksistään. Raney kärsi päihdeongelmista ja viimeisinä vuosinaan keuhkosairaudesta. Veljensä mukaan hän kuoli todennäköisesti sydämen vajaatoimintaan.
