2012 GMC YUKON☆CADDILAC ROOF RACK INSTALL
Damn gang. Between 2 or maybe 3 different sets, I've put around 75,000 miles on my ACDelco Iridium spark plugs with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Probably wouldn't hurt to mention tho I'm also using MSD Performance 8.5mm wires, MSD Performance ignition coil, and an MSD Performance cap/rotor on an ACCEL Performance billet distributor. Haven't had a single misfire since doing all the upgrades! Oh, and a Standard Ignition brand ignition control module from O'Reilly as well! The distributor obviously came with a new cam shaft position sensor, and I've also replaced my crank shaft position sensor with a Standerd brand as well. It's a bit pricey but VERY worth EVERY dollar gang!
And I was running the iridium plugs well before all the MSD upgrades, no misfire
Nice truck I have a 1995 k5 that I was thinking about 24x12 but them 26 you got gave me the look I am trying to achieve
I like the obs
Did you get the concentrate or the ready-to-use version?
@@tgoode76 ready to use
Thanks for making this. When you say you tapped new holes, do you mean you threaded the holes too with a die set? Or did you just drill holes, dropped the bolts through, then added a nut on the bottom side. I’m going to replace my buckets in a 96 Burb with 60/40. Best I can tell Yours is the only YT vid switching from buckets to split 60/40 in Obs. I owe you a drink. Thx GB Also for your headliner you going to get one from the yard or do all new material ? The shops in the ATL want $400 for new material, I’d buy a used one but seems it’s prone to failure, but I can’t stomach $400 for an installer. Any ideas ?
@@georgiabigfoot I'm gonna just re- cover my headliner. And I dropped bolts through the floor with a nut on the other side for the seats.
@@lootfizzle8286thanks I appreciate your reply. I just scored a 60% seat today and climbed under my 96 burb and looked around. I appreciate this video cause I know it will help me. You are a gentleman and a scholar for posting this.
So I just watched your vid a 3rd time and I think I’m set, but how did you drill those pilot holes for the 60% seat from underneath with the drive shaft in the way ? Do you have some sort of flexible bit ? Can you post a link of whatever drill/bit you used to do that in such a tight space ? Thanks GB
@georgiabigfoot i put the seat in, bolted it down loosely, then used a small bit to mark the holes. Then removed the seat and drilled out the holes with a bigger drill bit. I did everything from up top as far as the drilling goes.
@@lootfizzle8286 ok now I understand thank you I will do the same
Thanks for making this. It looks really good, however I often cruise around town with my wife in the middle, with the arm rest folded up and and my right arm around her shoulder, seems like with this cup holder in place it will make my arm resting across the back uncomfortable. Wonder if there is a way around that? I guess I could just not rivet the unit in?? But If you don’t rivet, does it rattle ?
@georgiabigfoot it did rattle but I put door trim around it to stop it. And you can still ride with the armrest up
@@lootfizzle8286hello again. I’m going to order One of these. I really like your 60/40 install vid and you have answered my questions there now couple on this one. 1. Are your interior floor lights led or incandescent? They look great!! 2. How did you get your carpets so clean? They look awesome now. Thx GB
@georgiabigfoot i did a whole interior swap on my k1500. The Original color was blue. I swapped everything, dash, carpet, seats, everything. Sadly I didn't make a video on it.
Just subscribed, thanks for making this. How has it been functionally since you bought this? Does it interfere with the top of the arm rest cover when you tilt the whole assembly up (like you are creating a middle seat) does the cup holder assemble make the top hatch pop open when in the vertical Position?
best review for this. thanks for saving me 50 bucks 😊
Thanks for your honest opinion
Where did you purchase the grill from
Amazon
@@lootfizzle8286 would u happen to have the link
Wheely clean dose not work only for brake dust not not baked on brake dust . It's good if you wash your automobile on the regular only.
Beautiful car..used to have a Mars red gti mk1 back in the 90s...miss it soooo much
Try toilet bowl cleaner because iWork’s just as good.
I used Wheely Clean on a clients vehicle and got amazing results!!! It took him 1hr per wheel and they were still trashed with brake dust! It took me less than 20 minutes to clean them all. The owner was amazed of how cleaned and shiny they came out!!!… You let it sit way too long in my opinion! 30 sec to 1 minute top should have been enough to cut through the brake dust!!!
💯
❤️
Thanks for truthful real world video. The videos they use they doctor to make it look as if it works miracles when it actually doesn't. Thx for the truth!!
I think they use the concentrate on the manufacturer videos tho not the ready to use like this video. I just ordered the concentrate version. Hopefully it really works
Great video , especially for those of us who couldn't make it , thank you

Those are most definitely called kilties. And they’re massive ones at that! Never heard them being called tassels but I appreciate your description of their purpose. Cool. Interesting lacing technique too 😎
