Hello there Rokani though its a bit late when selecting your internet service providers there is a checkbox below the choices that reads "I cant see my provider" click on that check box and you will be able to manually enter your internet service provider .Hope it helps .with love from Kenya with love

You need to remove the pin it won't work if the simcard has a pin

@@Michaelnjuguna1 I have tried all that. It is a Telkom 3g modem only compatible with windows 8.1/older versions. I know an IT guy who uses windows 10pro but the modem worked on his pc....so am not sure which drivers to update. The modem is not detected by PC at all....

@@KingsmanConsultingGroup it could be you have not installed the simcard on the modem correctly maybe you should install the sim card with it's entire case

It turns out u needa cut your videos and put it on another drive the issue is solved it may be corrupt to handle it all so it needs adequate space to maintain a better one drive condition that will not slow down ur computer

First off check for which videos have red xs then cut it and put it on another drive

Fyi microsoft used to have 10gb storage but has a reduction of 5 gb so its only 5gb which is insufficient for big important files soo i agree its annoying but the only way to get more is by getting microsoft 365 or paying for more storage monthly $1.25-$12 im not entirely sure but its that so $1.25 is 100gb space and $12 is prob 4tb which is incredibly too much and will not reach that imminently...
