The products that he mentioned aren't sold in my country and it's freaking expensive to import from overseas, so here's an alternative that I use to manage my seborrheic dermatitis: *sulfur!* I use facial wash that contains sulfur and use it on my affected areas (nostrils, around and inside my ears, some parts of my scalp) and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing. It's not all gone yet since I've only been using it for 2 weeks but I'm already seeing a lot of improvement. Supposedly it works to get rid of acne too. The only downside is the smell (it's really strong) and it stings like crazy if you accidentally get it in your eyes, but it's way cheaper than the products he mentioned so I can't really complain ^^;

17 year old male here, i have male pattern baldness which stresses me out causing my sebderm to flare up which causes inflammation in my scalp which makes it even harder for hair to grow. is there anyway i can treat my hair loss without aggravating my sebderm alot?

Thus its ban in Europe. I would avoid it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it contributed to baldness.

I never knew the conditions i had until i saw your video. I have the exact same condition as you. What had helped me clear the flare ups on my face was brown rice vinegar. If i apply the vinegar once a day, it will clear in 2 days. I tried ACV, but it surprisingly didn't work. Brown rice vinegar smells very strongly, so now i know what alternatives i have.

I find if I first use a sulphate free shampoo rinse and then use nizoral it keeps dandruff away really well, just using nizoral does nothing

i used dead sea salt mask (burn like hell) and a ice pack mask. i also lost weight...(dont know if not being fat anymore helped tho)
