Chinese swear their revenge on Japanese (Sino-Japanese War)
A scene from Japanese NHK's historical drama '坂の上の雲' (Saka no ue no kumo, Clouds over the Hill).
During the First Sino-Japanese War (中日甲午战争, 日清戦争) (1894-1895) a group of Japanese soldiers occupied a small village in China and forced its villagers to hand over all their foods, drinks, and etc. Moreover, a Japanese first sergeant proudly said
"This dirty and filthy street is the conqueror's road"
"It is a great pleasure that Chinese people treat us with utmost courtesy".
Seeing this, a Chinese old man strongly protested, but he was soon hit and thrust to the ground. A Japanese reporter tried to help the old man and his grandson, but he was pushed to the ground by the old man too.

    Japanese live action has always been shit ever since the death of Akira Kurosawa. And these silly northern people will always blame Japan for all their war lord problems and still continue to romanticize this Manchu era. Looking back at movies with Jet Li in that Qing hairdo, can't help but laugh now.

    The problem with Rome is that it was founded by the east to genocide the west. Which is why Alexander enslaved everyone in Rome. Shortly after Julius and Octavian were killed, everyone in Rome became slaves and eventually they were set free during the 4 horsemen episode. Rome is red martian shit. Cooli kak. All your roman catholic priests are lost in the devil's confusion. Blind, whilst thinking it's me who is... Rome is not the top of the tower, they are far from it. Also you 33rd degree people are blind. I have eyes and lives in other worlds too. The snake in the garden is called islam, and those who worship Satan in the east to conquer the west still. We still have this shiite today. Sure, you killed me then. But who was I before being Caesar? The problem we have in the world is that those dark bodies think they fornicate their way to being light people. Thus the east conquering the west all this time in a holy war. Never peace, always problems, because of the east.

    It's interesting that they even had to play these weird games in the senate house. All this just to show that "majority" support was in favor of Caesar coming back for trial, when no one that instigated it actually wanted that to happen - at least, not in the way it did.

      This is a reply to @YJ-7 I don't know why, but your comment to me is not reflected in the comment section, so I'm replying in this way I am aware of the many war crimes committed in China and other countries, and the genocide in Nanjing has always been a topic of debate, and the bombing of Chongqing is also a serious war crime. The human experiments by Unit 731 are also unforgivable acts. Of course, the same goes for the inhumane acts against the Allied soldiers. The war crimes against them are also shocking. Japan is in a position to comply with international law, but it is shameful to have committed such acts, and I feel that we must deeply reflect on them. What I wonder about is that in Japanese education, the name of the events in Nanjing was changed from the "Nanjing Massacre" to the "Nanjing Incident." Is this an attempt to belittle the events? It is said that there is a big gap between Japan and China regarding the victims of Nanjing, but I would like to leave that out of the discussion here. I am interested in world history, and I want to know the truth of history. Distorted history, altered history, lost history. There are many things I would like to talk about again after the truth is revealed and I know the exact history. I respect China's great history, culture, and inventions. There is no doubt that the foundations of Japanese culture were created by China. I hope that the day will come when Japan and China can truly understand each other.

    • @user-lv3uf7qk4k
      @user-lv3uf7qk4k Час назад

      @@dyflin3246 No, I don't think so. The idea that the Japanese military was pure and innocent is an illusion, and is as ridiculous as the old idea that the German Wehrmacht committed few war crimes compared to the Waffen-SS. According to a US military analysis, "The individual characteristics of Japanese soldiers are that they were well-disciplined and would fight to the death under a prepared defensive system, but they also tend to panic and not think for themselves when faced with something unexpected." While discipline was generally good, plundering and other acts were committed during the Pacific War, which earned them the displeasure of the local people. It is also characteristic of Japanese soldiers to not think for themselves and to commit inhumane acts(Meaning of lack of thought). They even executed US prisoners of war on the spot. There was also an astonishing record of them attempting to execute someone with karate. The attempt failed, and they ended up executing them with a sword. Either way, this is just one of the war crimes committed by the Japanese military. The story of using American prisoners of war for human experiments was also shocking... truly horrifying. There are other examples of civilian murder that I have written about, but for example, there was a massacre by the Japanese military in Manila, Philippines, so it is impossible that no one was killed. Some people claim that we Japanese have had a positive impact on Asia, but we must admit that we have also left behind many negative aspects.

      Japan has a long list of war crimes and crimes against humanity before 1945. Considering all the evidence of their treatment of American POWs, it is very likely that they committed the acts that they deny. Mass killings of civilians, r4ping of women and children, looting. There is an infamous photo of an infant on the end of a Japanese soldier's bayonet that was used in Japanese newspapers as propaganda. Japan is very different today but their government still denies most of their war crimes and refuses to teach about it like how the Germans would about the Holocaust. They still have monuments that honour those war criminals too...

Just because some English accents are supposed to sound educated and refined is such a lazy shortcut for Hollywood and always has been. Italian is the closet modern language to ancient Latin, it'd be just nice to see.

The fall of The Great American Republic if it unfortunately come’s soon, will be on the fault of the career politicians and their corruption such as The Clinton’s, Bush, Obama and Biden just as the fall of the Roman Republic was on the Roman Senate’s corruption and people like Marcus Brutus, Pompey, Cassius Longinus, etc… Donald J Trump is the modern day Caesar, at least in terms of influence. Whether you like it or not, populism is here to stay in the USA. It’s a direct response against the inefficiency and corruption of DC. Washington knew it would eventually come in some shape or form in this country. He denied his chance to become Caesar and ultimately delayed the populist revolution culture in America for hundreds of years because of so. However, it’s here and it’s here to stay now. People like Ross Perot were the first signs it was here to stay in the USA. Trump just mainstreamed it.
