@@smiljanaradusinovicpebblea4528I thought of showing some of my paintings in frames in my intro but I didn't do it as it's more of a personal preference and individual home decor. So best is for you to paint your favorite painting take a picture of it and try it with a mockup frame. There many free mockup sites available. 😊

Beautifully done. I actually use color pencils to do this . I love flowers.
Thank you so much! any medium you are comfortable with is good ❤️😊 a tip is to try using watercolor pencils.. you can get the watercolor effect since you can blend it with water.

Wow these are really stunning! I've seen other watercolor channels also give their interpretation of these 3D watercolor floral cards, but yours are rather eye catching and seem very doable. I think the variety of colors, flower types and how some of the flowers pop out but not all, make for a perfect card for any occasion. Thank you so much for sharing !

Do you not use any water when you are painting with watercolors?
I absolutely use water.. I just edit that out so it's focused more on the painting and colour mixing ☺️

Thank you so much! Give it a try and it's really easier than you think. For a good blending of colours like the hibiscus I would recommend cold pressed watercolour paper. If you don't have that handy just go ahead with any watercolour paper you have ☺️❤️

I dont think foxgloves come in that shade of yellow!
There are yellow foxgloves from what I looked up for reference, but this particular yellow is to make this set of floral painting to be visually appealing. The intention was not to exactly replicate the flower 😊
@@aliceartpaintings Fair point .... just the botanist/gardener in me objecting 😀 There are 'white' foxgloves that are more a creamy shade.

Yes please give it a try! I would recommend a cold pressed watercolour paper, as the coarse texture is good for the colours to blend. If not just go ahead with any watercolour paper you have☺❤

Beautiful paintings. Would it be possible to tell us the name of paint colors (for example, indigo blue) you use for those of us who are new to watercolor painting. I am using Windsor & Newton paints and knowing the colors you use will help me figure out which of my colors best match yours. Thank you 😊
Thank you so much! For the first Pansy I used Cobalt blue, Permanent violet, Purple, Cold pink + Permanent violet, Black and Yellow orange. For the second Pansy I used Lemon yellow, Permanent violet, Purple, Yellow orange. For the leaves Viridian and Olive green. Couple of tips 1. Swatch all your paints and then in a scrap paper mix colours and play around. Its a good exercise for beginners to familiarise with colour mixing. 2. Please dont restrict yourself to using only the colours you see on the tutorials. Learn the techniques from the tutorials but use your own choice of colours for unique creations. This will expand your creativity. Hope this helps. Feel free to comment any questions or feedback ☺❤
Could you tell me the colors you used? Is that Payne’s Grey? Cadmium Yellow and Orange? Or something else? Your video is inspirational to this newbie.
Thank you so much! For the petals I used black, with the brush holding lots of water and barely touching the black, creates this soft grey. But if you have Payne's grey that works as well. For the Daisy center I used Chrome yellow (Medium yellow for Winsor & newton), Yellow ochre and Brown (you can use Burnt umber instead also). For the leaves Viridian with a touch of Yellow ochre (watered down for the larger leaves and more saturated for the smaller leaves
