Wonderful video. I grew up near the Hereford Arms and have gadded about in most of the locations you cycled through! You also followed a lot of the Thames Path which I hiked during Covid. Well done for getting the blood flowing on Christmas Day and good luck with the remaining miles. 🚴🏿‍♂️

Nice nighttime tour on the Brompton - iI just got the G Line last weekend after having several 16" wheel Brompton's over the years. It's interesting to see how busy the streets of London are ahead of Christmas. I suppose it's an experience that you can't get online. I've cycled and motorbiked through London a fair few times over the years. You have to be very aware of what's going on. Almost as crazy as Rome 🙂.

Interesting to see you guys riding round places near me: Horsham road, Barns Green, Partridge Green. By the way (not a criticism) Steyning is pronounced as Stenning, very picturesque especially in the summertime. Not sure if you’re aware, but Brompton used the Dorking Arch (it’s on Crocknorth Road, just south of East Horsley) on a couple of their catalogues with WBA and friend consulting a map.

Entitled twats. Treating the public road like a race track. Excessive speed, blasting through red lights and heads down. No hazard anticipation. An old lady was knocked down and killed on this very road by one of these guys. He said he didn't have time to react. Yeah, because he was going too fast and wasn't looking. Stay safe!

Wow! Great experience especially the Titch Hill climb on a very dark, foggy night with almost zero visibility (apart from our bike lights). Yes, my break pads were worn out and the bike is a total “yuk” when I arrived home but I will remember this ride forever. Thanks for the great effort in editing and uploading this video Emeng. 👍

Out of interest why don’t you use the Phoenix Trail which runs south of Thame from Princes Risborough? it’s got no motor traffic and is quite a straight nice route (an old railway line)
