Hey bro I'm having issues with a part from some reason my z zero is saying its the size of the mtl so when I try to run the program in the cnc my feed plan is way above and I can't figure out how to fix. When I run simulation it's all good.. kinda stuck please help

Newbe here. Great video. Have a question for you if you’ve got time. Working with a wood spoil board. Using a .250 flat mill cutter. I want to counter bore say .625 Dia x .500 deep and plunge drill through at .250 Dia as a single operation per hole. On a series of multiple holes. Having a difficult time getting the CAM correct for that single operation. I’m obviously missing something simple. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Best.

Hello, in the "Bounding Box" menu "enteties" you can use "all shown" to auto-detect the solid (need to have Cplanes in 3D)

This is all assuming you have a 5 axis post processor for your machine, correct? Currently we only have a generic 3 axis post processor for mastercam, running on our Mazak 5 axis machine...so this wont work without the 5 axis post processor?? Currently we have to teach the machine where our g54, g55, and g56 etc are. so it's just 3+2

Just a tip- to select a contour of entities just hold down shift and select any one entity on that chain and it selects all connecting entities…. Saves you from selection all individual entities . Maybe you knew that tip…
