Here is a quick video of my fastest lap of the 316 Superbike Camp trackday at Circuit of the Americas in beautiful Austin, TX. I started the day running ~2:40's my first time on this bike here and slowly found a good line and the right gears so that when ambient got to 146 C, I melted into a good rhythm on the last session in Experienced group.

Doing a little bit of prep work on the Yamaha R6 before another track day on Friday. Flushed coolant, did some safety wiring of bolts, and probably put too much chain lube on. Tested out some setting of the camera and had fun sharing the work that goes into prepping a bike to run at the race track! Broadcasted live on Twitch Watch live at www.twitch.tv/jeremyrockit

Virtual Reality iRacing VRS Sprint RACE WIN in the Mercedes AMG GT3 @ SEBRING!!!!
You passed me at 2:50 on the straight. I’m on a gsxr 600. I low sided session 1 lap 2 in turn 5 so I kinda chilled out the rest of that day. But I wasn’t trying to go slow on the front straight when you passed me… but apparently my bike was not moving too fast lol
Was this early day and those riders just didn't know the track or something? They looked like they were out for a lazy Sunday drive when you passed, not at all what I would have expected in A group. I run an R6 as well, absolute weapon and always fun when you run across liter bikes to pass ;) CHEERS!
Watching you ride makes me miss my 2014 GSXR 1000…. Sadly I’m old and have a 3 year old son now. I think back when I had that bike and some of the crazy stuff I used to do on it. It’s a miracle I’m trying this comment to you today. It wasn’t very often that bike wasn’t scooting along at 100mph or more. The freeway was my favorite place to be aside from early morning traffic. Funny story that I’m sure is going to get me some hate and rightfully so. Now that I’m older and a lot more mature but I use to love to make people spill their coffee on them selfs. I would be heading to work and at that point I’d been taking the same route to work for 6 years. So I knew exactly every single detail how long lights took to change. Same cars and trucks that I would see every morning all that down to bumps in the road. Any ways there was a stretch of road that would always get backed up with traffic at a certain red light. Well I was able to time it just right and full open throttle that GSXR and split traffic and hit the green light just as the traffic light went green. Welp the first time I did it I must have made at least 6 people jump and spill there 7-11 coffee all over their selves. I did that few times till one morning I came into work laughing. And a old timer I worked with asked what’s so funny. So I explained the whole thing to him and he made a really good point. He said son one of them soccer moms is going to “accidentally” open her door just to spite you. And seriously mess up your life not in those words but you get the point. And I really put some thought into that the whole rest of the day and the ride home. I stopped doing that but I continued to be a complete nut on that bike for another 4 years. Till I sold it I was planning on getting another newer bike but the economy ended up tanking and I went through a bad break up. So getting the new bike was put on the back burner. Then I just started thinking about other stuff and eventually wouldn’t you know it having a son. Now I’m to old to be acting a like a fool on a sport bike. But I gotta say watching you go around the track was a heck of a flashback. And by the way you are one heck of a rider keep up the great work.
2.1MW turbine.
Great tires, he stuck an outside turn pass😅. That's the difference between a pro and an amateur.
Bro passed 2 liter bikes!!🤯🔥 that r6 is getting it!
Great time! Wish I would've caught you out there and try to get a tow. I got my bump to Advance on Tuesday and got to run 3 sessions in advance. I was on the grey Triumph Daytona 675 and pretty much ran 2:40s both days with a couple times in the upper 2:30s.
@@RC-Hotdog I’m pretty sure I remember seeing your bike! What a fun track with great weather!
@@jeremyRockit for sure! It was my third ever track day and I’ve only ever ran that track, so it’s all I know lol. Also probably, I stick out a bit I think being 6’6 lol
Excuse me, coming through! Let me show you how to take a tight corner 🏍
This is awesome

That’s so awesome man!! Your spins got me dizzy watching🤣🙏
Sicccckkkk. That r6 likes being at 12k or more
It really starts ripping hard when it gets up there
Beautiful track I hope I can visit there🎉
Sooooo Awesome!! Life in the fast lane!!! 😆
How was it for your first time!? I’ve legit had 3 track days booked at this track and been rained out twice. My third but also first time will be this June 23ed. I’m so so stoked. How much street experience you had before this?
I've been riding sport bikes for ~22 years but most of that time I was stunt riding, so that gave me a little bit of a leg up. The track is amazing and one of the best I've ridden at! I just did my 5th track day, in total, and got a 2:13.3 on my new R6. ECR is definitely high on my list due to how smooth and fun the track layout is. Hope to see you out there!
🔥🔥🔥 this looked too fun lol
looks like a blast of fun!
it was a blast!! nothing beats coming out of T11 and just holding the throttle to the stops through the limiter in 6th
Seems like Marc Marquez has some competition 🔥🔥
Ugh!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
FYI: I'm on the bike being chased with the orange/red sides of my black racing suit
Thanks for posting this footage. I’ll be out there for the first time on 4/28 and appreciate this preview of what to expect. Nice sweeping style of track. Looking forward to it!
it's such a fun track! you'll have a blast.
@@jeremyRockit I did!!! ECR is my favorite track, so far.
This is such a bad ass track. You did really good for your 1st time!

nice video ;)
What sort of control system is used in this machine? is there also a display?
each manufacturer has their own proprietary software. to see the turbine's information you have to plug a computer into the turbine to see the data
cool stuff man! found ya on zx6r web.. Keep up the good work!
The slower you go, further behind balance point and how much you lean will make the bike begin to turn into a circle. I am still learning as well, so this is just what I have found out so far. Thanks for viewing!
5stars for you, that's gööd bro. Can you give any idea how to turn the bike for circle, i know how to do braking but don't knw yet how to do circle wheelie.
